The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of Entities Included In The Purchasing Group (Established By Khk On The Basis Of Agreements/Agreements On Joint Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures For The Purchase Of Electricity). The Demand For Electricity By Type Of Tariffs And Consumption Points Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. After Selecting The Contractor And Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Documents (Separate For Each Entity) To Submit The Electricity Sales Contract And Updated Data In An Editable Version - Excel File. The Energy Consumption Values ​​Indicated In Annex 4 To The Swz Were Used To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 5. The Estimated Demand For Electricity During The Contractual Period For All Entities Included In The Purchasing Group Is Approximately 105.7 Gwh And Should Be Assumed To Be Equal For Each Quarter In A Given Year. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Swz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
