The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conception, Implementation And Introduction As Well As The Operation, Maintenance And Support Of A Client-Capable Overall Operations Control System (Els Overall System) In Connection With The Pti Project Psap Ensemble For Emergency Call And Operations Centers (Psap). The Overall Els System Replaces The Existing Operations Control And Voice Switching Systems Of The Participating Psap Organizations And Is Implemented As A Highly Available, Geo-Redundant Hosting Solution. The System Must Enable The Simultaneous Operation Of Several Psap Clients And Ensure Strict Client Separation, Client-Specific Configuration To Adapt The Processes And User Interface To The Needs Of The Individual Psap Organizations, And Role-Based Rights Management. A Separate Client Of The Overall Els System Must Be Offered For Each Psap Organization. The Multi-Client-Capable Els Overall System Must Be Offered By The Provider In The “Hosting” Operating Model. The Hosting In Geo-Redundant Data Centers In Switzerland, The Network (Ip Connectivity) To Access The Individual Psap Locations And The Geo-Redundant Data Centers As Well As The Elz Workstations At The Psap Organizations Are The Clients Obligation To Cooperate.
