Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Modernization Of The Miedzeszyński Embankment From Km 4+888 To Km 6+152 Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Miedzeszyński Embankment From Km 4+888 To Km 6+152 Consisting In The Modernization Of The Right Flood Embankment Of The Vistula River Called Wał Miedzeszyński In Warsaw, On A Section With A Length Of Approx. 1.264 Km. The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Act Of July 8, 2010 On Special Rules For The Preparation Of Investments In The Field Of Flood Protection Structures (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 274, As Amended). As Part Of The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Envisages: - Pre-Design Works, I.E. Preparation Of Geodetic And Measurement Documentation, Geotechnical And Geological Documentation, Hydraulic And Hydrological Calculations Along With Modeling, Preparation Of Variant Concepts Of Design Solutions And Development Of Necessary Documents For The Subsequent Implementation Of The Project; - Preparing An Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions With Annexes, Including, Among Others: Project Information Card; - Preparing A Report On The Environmental Impact Of The Project; - Obtaining A Final Decision On Environmental Conditions And (If Required) Submitting A Notification In Accordance With Art. 118 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Conservation And Obtaining A Final Decision On The Conditions For Conducting Activities; - Preparation Of An Application For A Water Permit With Annexes (Including A Water Law Report); - Obtaining A Final Water Permit Decision; - Development Of A Real Estate Division Project; - Development Of A Construction Design And Preparation Of An Application For A Decision On Permission To Implement A Flood Protection Investment Along With Annexes; - Preparation Of Complete Construction Documentation (Including: Technical Design, Detailed Design, Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works); - Preparing An Application For The Removal Of Trees Or Shrubs Along With The Necessary Attachments, Including: Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs And Obtaining A Felling Permit (If Applicable); - Obtaining A Final Decision Granting Permission To Implement The Investment; - Performing Authors Supervision Over Construction Works. Moreover, As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Make Any Supplements To The Above Documents At The Request Of The Authorities Issuing The Above-Mentioned. Decisions. 2.
