It Is Important To The Client To Use A Tried And Tested Universal Medical Archive In Order To Keep The Implementation Risks And The Specification Effort As Low As Possible. Therefore, A Solution Should Be Procured That Is Already In Successful Productive Use And Can Offer Proven Solutions. The Contract Is Awarded To A Single Contractual Partner And Overall Responsible Person (Gu). A Five-Year Contract Will Be Concluded With The Successful Tenderer, Which Can Optionally Be Extended Five Times By One Year Each Time (Maximum Contract Duration: Ten Years).
