The Purchase Price (Contractual Price) Includes All The Costs And Consideration Required For Contractual Performance, The Consideration For Any Transfer Of Rights, Therefore The Bidder Is Not Entitled To Charge Additional Consideration Under Any Other Legal Title, And May Not Claim Reimbursement Of Additional Costs Under Any Legal Title. Only New Products Can Be Offered, Used Equipment, Materials And Consumables, Spare Parts, Remanufactured, Refurbished And Other Equivalently Manufactured Products Cannot Be Included In The Offer. An Offer Containing Such An Offer Is Declared Invalid By The Contracting Authority. The Offered Device/Product Must Be Specifically Named In The Offer (E.G. Type, Name, Number, Etc. With A Specific Name). Any Offer That Does Not Fully Or Partially Meet The Bidders Requirements Is Invalid Without Any Further Investigation. Please Fill Out And Attach The Surgical Table_Procurement_Specification Document Issued As Part Of The Documentation, And To Support It, You Must Also Attach The Brochure Or Technical Description Containing The Technical Specifications Of The Offered Product In Hungarian. The Bid Of The Bidder Who Does Not Attach The Completed Technical Table To His Bid Is Invalid. The Bidder Also Attaches A Declaration That He Has All The Necessary Permits For Placing The Product On The Market. The Recommended Devices Must Have A Ce Conformity Mark. It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Obtain Any Permits Necessary For Putting The Device Into Operation - If Necessary - And To Provide The Data Necessary To Obtain The Permit, And The Bid Price Must Also Include The Cost Of Obtaining These Permits. The Tenderers Task Is To Provide Maintenance Tasks Free Of Charge Twice A Year Until The End Of The Warranty Period. Provision Of Parts Supply For Another Five Years After The End Of The Warranty Period. The Bidder Is Responsible For Commissioning And Training In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Value Listed In Line 5 Of The Operating Table_Purchase_Specification Table For The Offer Price (Net Huf/2 Pcs/All Accessories And Accessories Only) Must Be The Same As The Value Listed On The Reading Sheet. In Addition, There Are No Fees, Costs, Etc. Cannot Be Included In The Offer. Detailed In The Contract Draft And Annexes As Well As In The Technical Specification.
