Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Tender For Framework Agreement For Total Consultancy For Boligselskabet Sjælland. The Agreement Relates To A Framework Agreement On Total Consultancy Services. The Framework Agreement Must Ensure A Flexible And Efficient Approach To Technical Advice In Connection With Specific Conversion And Renovation Projects, Where High Professionalism, Quality And Adaptation To Specific Project Needs Are Central. The Consultant Must Be Able To Provide Advice Throughout All Phases Of The Construction, Which Must Be Relevant For Each Individual Project Awarded In The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Can Be Used By Boligselskabet Sjælland, Bosj Aps, Boligrøn, Boligselskabet Vores Bolig And Hvalsø Boligselskab. Boligselskabet Sjælland Wants To Use The Tender To Find Three General Advisers Who Will Be Able To Provide Advice In Connection With Major Cases Covered By The Public Procurement Act. The Framework Agreement Thus Includes Total Consultancy For Building And Construction Projects With An Estimated Total Undertaking Sum Of Over Dkk 41 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat Consulting For Smaller Projects With An Estimated Total Enterprise Value Of Less Than Dkk 41 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat Will Be Purchased On An Independent Framework Agreement. The Advice May Include The Following Services, To The Extent That They Are Relevant For The Individual Project: • Advice In Relation To The Projects Finances, Including Budgeting And Financing Model, Landsbyggefondens Pajama Sheets, Etc. • Advice In Relation To The Framework Amount For New Construction For Family, Elderly And Youth Housing, Including Sketching And Budgeting. • Advice And Assistance With Applications To Landsbyggefonden And The Municipality, Including Forms A, B And C Applications. • Carrying Out Necessary Preliminary Studies And Pre-Registrations, Including Technical And Environmental Studies. • Advice In Connection With The Resident Democratic Process In Renovation Projects For Public Housing Organisations. • Rehousing And Moving Services – Which Can Be Purchased As An Option • Planning, Including Preparation Of Project Material Such As Drawings, Descriptions And Calculations. • Authority Processing, Including Obtaining Necessary Permits And Ensuring That The Project Complies With Applicable Legislation And Regulation. • Construction Management - Which Can Be Purchased As An Option. • Professional Supervision. • Other Services Covered By The Agreement Appear In Delimitation Form Ybl18. Boligselskabet Sjælland And The Other Housing Companies That Can Use The Agreement Are Public Housing Organisations, And Projects Covered By The Framework Agreement Can Be Carried Out As General Construction With Public Support And Must Therefore Comply With Applicable Legislation With Associated Circulars And Guidelines As Well As Requirements For Planning And Execution From The Construction Damage Fund.
