Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Palackého Most Over Hradecká Ev. Č. Bm-021 – Dpz+Pdps+Ad. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation At The Level Of Planning Permit Documentation (Dpz), Including Related Surveys And Studies, And Construction Documentation (Pdps), Including The List Of Works (Sp). Part Of The Contract Also Includes The Engineering Activity (Ič) Necessary To Provide Statements, Opinions And Documents Necessary For Submitting An Application For The Issuance Of Planning Permission For The Mentioned Action. Furthermore, It Is Part Of The Evaluation Of The Performance Of The Authors Supervision (Ad) During The Actual Implementation Of The Building. The Project Documentation Will Deal With The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Id No. Bm-021 On Palackého Třída Street Above Hradecká Street, Which Transfers Pedestrian Traffic In Two Directions, Mass And Individual Car Traffic In Two Directions And Four Lanes, Including A Two-Track Running Of The Tram Line In The Middle Of The Street Profile. The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Must Be Designed With Regard To The Fulfillment Of The Requirement For The Transfer Of Traffic As Well As The Minimum Underpass Height. The Existing Supporting Structure Will Be Demolished, The Supports And End Supports Will Be Rehabilitated. The Scope And Content Of The Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Construction Documentation. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Also Includes Geodetic Surveying And Diagnosis Of The Bridge Supports Due To Their Possible Use And, In The Event Of Uncertainty About The Placement Of The Nets, The Determination Of Their Actual Position And Repositioning.
