Construction Work – Execution Of A Day And Night Reception Center For Youth (Ca) (I) And A Socio-Therapeutic Center (Cst) (Ii) In Hosingen. The Municipality Of Parc Hosingen Intends To Implement The Following Projects In Hosingen: Ca (Part I) The Planned Construction Project With Outdoor Facilities Includes The Construction Of A Modern Social Facility, Divided Into Two Independent Buildings, For Two Residential Groups With 8 Young People Each. The Buildings Should Consist Of Two Floors (Rdc, 1St Floor) Plus A Partial Basement And Should Be Built In Solid (Planning Basis) Or Wooden Construction. Cst (Part Ii) The Planned Construction Project Includes The Construction Of A Modern Social Therapeutic Center With Outdoor Facilities. The Two-Story Building Is Used To Care For And Support Children Between The Ages Of 6 And 12. The Facility Provides Both Indoor And Outdoor Spaces For Educational, Creative And Therapeutic Purposes. The Building Is To Be Constructed Using Solid (Planning Basis) Or Timber Construction And Extends Over Two Main Floors, An Underground Car Park And An Attic. This Tender Includes The Implementation Planning And Execution Of The Turnkey Buildings Including Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With The Clients Specifications.
