The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Acquire A Unified Parking System Solution For The Parking Areas Of Tallinn Airport, Which Allows Managing Passenger Parking Lots, Taxi Areas And The Car Sharing Area In One System. There Are Also Two Parking Lots In Skoob, Which Are Not Directly Intended For Passengers. The New Solution Must Make It Possible To Manage All Airport Parking Areas Intended For Passengers In A Single System And Support The Daily Operation Of The Parking Service. The Procurement Includes Parking System Software, Necessary Hardware Components, System Implementation, And Maintenance And Support Services. In Addition To The Procurement Of Cloud-Based Parking Software And The Procurement Of Partial Hardware, The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes Parking Pre-Booking And Dynamic Pricing Functionalities, The Requirements Of Which Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2.
