Local Transport From The Participants Place Of Residence To The Departure Airport (And Back) Is The Responsibility Of The Participant And Is Not The Subject Of The Order. 2) Provision Of Local Transport Services In Poland - Includes Transfers From The Destination Airport In Poland To The Place Of Accommodation/Conference And All Local Journeys Provided For In The Agenda Of The Visit To The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 3) Implementation Of The Substantive Part Of The Visit - In Accordance With The Agenda. 4) Provision Of Hotel Services - Accommodation In Poland. 5) Providing Catering Services - Feeding Participants In Poland. 6) Insurance Of The Participants Of The Visit - Includes Insurance For Medical Expenses (Kl) And Accident Insurance (Nnw) On The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Valid From The Moment Of The Participants Arrival In Poland (Landing) Until Leaving The Territory Of Poland (Departure).
