The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A National Stand During The Gamescom 2026 Fair In Cologne (Hereinafter Referred To As The Stand) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Large Promotional Projects Under The Project Internationalization Of Smes - Brand Hub Measure 2.26 Under The European Funds For A Modern Economy 2021-2027 (Feng) Program. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of The National Stand At The Gamescom 2026 Fair In Cologne, August 23-25, 2026, In The Following Scope: A) Rental Of Exhibition Space, B) Preparation Of The Design Of The National Stand, C) Purchase Of Outdoor Advertising, D) Construction, Assembly, Arrangement, Equipment And Dismantling Of The National Stand, E) Providing Comprehensive Service Of The National Stand In The Following Scope: - Substantive And Assistant Service, - Catering Service, - Technical Service. 2) Providing Insurance For The Stand, Equipment And Stand Staff. 3) Providing Audiovisual And Photographic Services. 4) Preparation And Transport Of Promotional And Advertising Materials. 5) Providing Local Transport Services (Bus) In Germany. 2.
