It Is Planned To Revitalize The Entire Castle Area In The Medium Term And Establish It As The Center Of Erkersreuth. The Buildings Or Parts Of The Buildings Are Given Different Uses, Which Then Come Together To Form A Coherent And Sustainable Overall Concept. The Starting Point Is And Remains The Castle With The Castle Courtyard, Which Is To Be Made Available For Public Use And, Together With The Church, Forms The Center Of Erkersreuth. In This Context, The Former Brewery And The Threshing Floor Adjacent To The Administration Building Become “Serving” Buildings. They Support The Public Use Of The Other Areas. • The Subject Of This Tender Is Module I: This Primarily Includes The Interior Renovation Of The Building (With Conversion) Including The Technical Work And The Waterproofing Of The Basement.
