Building Services – Erkersreuth Castle - Technical Equipment, System Groups 1, 2, 3 And 7, 8 Pro Rata In Accordance With §53 Hoai 2021. The Cultural Heritage Foundation Would Like To Develop The Listed Erkersreuth Castle Ensemble Into A Cultural Campus. The Area Consists Of Different Buildings. It Is Planned To Revitalize The Entire Castle Area In The Medium Term And Establish It As The Center Of Erkersreuth. The Buildings Or Parts Of The Buildings Are Given Different Uses, Which Then Come Together To Form A Coherent And Sustainable Overall Concept. The Starting Point Is And Remains The Castle With The Castle Courtyard, Which Is To Be Made Available For Public Use And, Together With The Church, Forms The Center Of Erkersreuth. In This Context, The Former Brewery And The Threshing Floor Adjacent To The Administration Building Become “Serving” Buildings. They Support The Public Use Of The Other Areas. The Roof Of The Castle Is Currently Being Renovated With Funds From The Compensation Fund, So That The Final Step Will Be An Interior Renovation (With Conversion) Including The Technical Work And Waterproofing Of The Basement. The Threshing Floor Can Be Dismantled And Will Be Rebuilt On The Ground Floor For Seminar Purposes. On The Upper Floor, The Threshing Floor Will Be Planned As An Empty Shell For Events Etc. The Well House Needs To Be Structurally Upgraded. • The Subject Of This Tender Is Module I: This Primarily Includes The Interior Renovation Of The Building (With Conversion) Including The Technical Work And The Waterproofing Of The Basement. The Threshing Floor Can Be Dismantled And Will Be Rebuilt On The Ground Floor For Seminar Purposes. On The Upper Floor, The Threshing Floor Will Be Planned As An Empty Shell For Events Etc. A Heating Center (Wood Chip Or Pellet Heating) Is To Be Integrated Into One Of The Outbuildings. The Well House Needs To Be Structurally Upgraded. The Client Attaches Great Importance To Simple And Easy-To-Use Technology (Low-Tech Concept). Services To Be Awarded: Gradual Commissioning Of Service Phases 1-9 For The Planning Services For Technical Equipment, System Groups 1, 2 And 3 In Accordance With §53 Hoai 2021
