Engineering Design Services – Planning Services For Technical Equipment (Facility Group 4-5) - New Construction Of Training Hall And Extension Of The Elb-Havel Barracks (Nbd-2026-0221). The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Training Hall With Vehicle Parking Spaces Measuring Approximately 1,100 M² And An Extension/Social Area Measuring Approximately 900 M². The Construction Documents Parts I-Iv Have Been Created And The Basic Investigation Lph 1 Has Been Completed. Before The Construction Work Can Be Carried Out, An Existing Vehicle Parking Hall Must Be Demolished. A Construction Period Of Approximately 2 Years Is Planned. The Planning And Engineering Services For Technical Equipment (System Group 4-5) In Accordance With §§ 55 Hoai For Lp 2 Are Awarded In A First Stage And Optionally The Further Service Phases Up To Lph 3-8 In Further Stages.
