Welfare Services For Children And Young People – Contract No. 2026Pa19003200: Interventions In The Form Of Forum Theater Or Interactive Theater For The Prevention Of Harassment Among Students Of Public Secondary Schools In Val Doise. For More Than 20 Years, The Departmental Council Has Led A Proactive Educational Policy Aimed At Secondary School Students In Val Doise By Proposing, Each Year, A Program Of Educational Actions For Public Secondary Schools. This Program Aims To Contribute To The Academic Success Of Young Valdois Residents, To Promote Equal Opportunities, To Develop The Attractiveness Of Colleges And To Support The Initiatives And Creativity Of Educational Teams And Young People. On The Other Hand, The Departmental Educational Offer Offers Preventive Actions Aimed At Supporting Educational Teams To Promote The Well-Being Of Middle School Students And Contribute To Improving The School Climate In Establishments. Through Forum Theater Or Interactive Debate Theater, The Aim Is To Promote Awareness Among Adolescents Of Harassment Situations And The Possible Consequences For The Victims (Anxiety, Dropping Out Of School, Loss Of Confidence, Depression, Suicide), As Well As For The Perpetrators (Community Service, Criminal Sanctions, Risk Of Prison Sentences For Those Over 13). This Consultation Is Carried Out In The Form Of An Open Adapted Procedure ((Article R2123-1 3° - Social Services And Other Specific Services - Public Procurement Code). The Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 90,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat. The Contract Is Concluded From Its Notification Date, For A Period Of One Year, Tacitly Renewable Three Times Per Period Of One Year, Without Its Total Duration Being Subject To Change. Exceed Four Years Negotiations Will Be Initiated With All Candidates Following The Analysis Of The Initial Offers. Candidates Will Be Notified In Writing. Negotiations Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Principles Of Equal Treatment Of Candidates And Confidentiality Of Offers.
