Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Wastewater Technical Interventions - Wama Project: G-010581-001 Further to supporting the Project WAMA+ team in achieving Output 3, namely strengthening the capacity of the four Water Establishments (WEs) to assume responsibility for wastewater collection and treatment services, this consultancy aims to ensure the continuity and effective utilization of previously developed deliverables, while reinforcing stakeholder alignment and institutional ownership across the WEs, the Ministry of Energy and Water, and relevant sector actors. Tasks to be performed by the contractor: Planning, Coordination, and Reporting Mobile Wastewater Laboratory Finalization, Demonstration, and Handover Capacity Building, On-site and On-the-Job Training Chekka WWTP OPEX pilot KPI Revision, and Wastewater Performance Reporting procurement and small-scale infrastructure Public Relations and Reporting Tasks of the Expert 1 Overall responsibility for the advisory packages of the contractor (quality and deadlines) Coordinating and ensuring communication with GIZ, partners and others involved in the project Personnel management, in particular identifying the need for short-term assignments within the available budget, as well as planning and steering assignments and supporting technical experts.
