1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) For Part 1 Of The Procedure: Limiting The Urban Heat Island - Development Of The Ogrody Sułkowskich Square At Ul. Bohaterów Warszawy. The Investment Area Covers The Area Of Plot 87/5, 87/6, 87/7, 87/8, Dolne Przedmieście 82, At The Intersection Of Bohaterów Warszawy And Stefana Grota - Roweckiego Streets In Bielsko-Biała, With An Area Of Approximately 1,114 M2. The Aim Of The Development Is Primarily To Increase Rainwater Retention In The Study Area, Which Is Intensively Used By Inhabitants.  In Order To Increase Rainwater Retention, It Is Planned To Reduce The Paved Surface (Surface Made Of Concrete Slabs And Cubes) And Build A Fully Permeable Mineral Surface As Well As Plant Trees, Shrubs And Perennials. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: Preparatory Works; Demolition Of The Surface Of The Existing Pedestrian Path Made Of Concrete Slabs; Replacement Of Pedestrian Routes With Surfaces Permeable-Mineral; Construction Of A Structure Supporting Climbing Plants; Delivery And Installation Of New Elements Of Small Architecture Along With The Dismantling Of Existing Elements; Planting Plants (Trees, Shrubs, Perennials) And Reseeding Grass In The Place Of Existing Lawns And In The Place Under The Demolished Lawn; Finishing And Cleaning Works.
