The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Renovation Of The Roof In The Domek Pod Kapturem As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The So-Called Domek Pod Kapturem In Golub-Dobrzyń. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Replacement Of The Secondary Roof Truss, With The Reconstruction Of Its Original 18Th-Century Roof Structure And Geometry, - Replacement Of The Secondary Ceramic Roof Covering With New Ones, While Maintaining The Original Form Of The S-Shaped Ceramic Roof Tiles Along With The Flashing And Gutters, - Repair Of The Chimney, - Replacement Of Structural Elements Of The Wooden Arcade Walls (Pillars And Rings) Along With Bricking Up The Wattle And Daub Quarters, - Placing A Plaque At The Investment Site With Information About The Task In Accordance With The Guidelines. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 To This Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Attached Only As A Guide For The Purpose Of Preparing Your Own Calculation. The Contractor Should Remember, Notwithstanding Any Limitation Suggested By The Description Of Each Item And/Or Explanation, That The Price Shown In The Offer Constitutes Payment For Work Performed And Completed In All Respects. The Contractor Is Deemed To Have Taken Into Account All Requirements And Obligations, Whether Specified Or Suggested In The Bill Of Quantities.
