The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Demolition Works (Concrete Footings - 2 M3, Drainage From Concrete Elements - 205 M, Culvert - 6 M); - Felling Of Trees (10 Pcs.) Along With Grubbing Up Trunks And Transport Of Wood; - Removal Of Gorges - 380 M2; - Channeling Of Gr. 45 Cm – 450 M2;- Construction Of Road Base – 450 M2;- Construction Of Surface From Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Thickness. 8 Cm - 1,000 M2; - Regulation Of Wells And Sewage Grates - 5 Pcs.; - Drainage From Concrete Troughs - 225 M; - Construction Of A Culvert From Concrete Pipes With Abutments, 5 M Long; - Delivery And Installation Of Steel Grates On Concrete Troughs - 12 M; - Reinforcement Of The Slope With Openwork Concrete Slabs - 180 M2; - Hardening Roadsides - 210 M2; - Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings; - Performance Of All Necessary Tests, Examinations And Checks. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Specification Of Procurement Conditions (Swz). Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Issued Construction Permit And Ensure That Technical, Functional (Utility), Visual (Aesthetic) And Quality Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Order Documents. An Equivalent Product Does Not Have To Be Identical To The One Described In The Swz. However, It Should Provide The Expected Functionalities, Fully Confirming The Suitability Of The Product For The Intended Use And The Level Of Their Quality And Reliability. Those Materials, Devices Or Solutions Should Be Considered As Equivalent If The Main Parameters Necessary To Ensure Their Essential Function Are Not Inferior To Those Assumed In The Procurement Documents. Where In The Procurement Documents The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference Should Be Read As If It Were Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
