The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With A Polyurethane Surface At Psp No. 34, At Ul. Miła 18 In Radom. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of The Existing Synthetic Polyurethane Surface, Consisting Of A Mineral-Synthetic Primer 35 Mm Thick And Two Layers Of Polyurethane Surface With A Total Thickness Of 20 Mm, With An Area Of Approx. 1056 M². The Dismantled Synthetic Surface Should Be Handed Over For Disposal To The Entity Authorized To Carry Out Such Activities, And Submit Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo) Regarding Waste Generated And Transferred In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works, 2) Disassembly Of The Ball Catcher Net With An Area Of Approx. 405 M², 3) Leveling The Unevenness Of The Pitch Surface With Crushed Aggregate Of Medium Thickness 1.0 Cm, Compact The Entire Existing Subgrade, 4) Making A New Top Layer Of Crushed Road Aggregate Fraction 0-4 Mm With Good Permeability, 5) Laying A New Surface For A Multi-Purpose Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface, Dimensions Approx. 24 X 44 M, Area Approx. 1056 M².
