1. The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Vocational School Complex In Wolsztyn. 2. As Part Of The Task, The Following Scope Of Tasks Will Be Performed Regarding The Thermal Modernization Of The Zsz Building In Wolsztyn: - Insulation Of External Walls; - Insulation Of Foundation Walls; - Replacement Of Window Frames; - Thermal Modernization Of Building Roofs; - Replacement Of Door Frames; - Replacement Of External Window Sills; - Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; - Restoration Of Defects In Plasters Caused During The Replacement Of Window Frames; - Replacement Of Existing Internal Window Sills With New Ones; - Supplementary Assembly Thermostatic Valves On Radiators With Shut-Off Valves On The Return Branches Without Changing The Diameter Of The Branches; - Implementation Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery; - Reconstruction Of The Band Around The Building; - Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes For The Part Subject To Thermal Modernization; - Replacement Of Stairs And External Platforms, Delivery Of New Stainless Steel Balustrades; - Replacement Of The Internal Lighting System; - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation; - Purchase And Installation Of A Collection Kit And Use Of Rainwater; The Task Will Be Implemented In A Mixed Procedure: - In The Build Procedure, The Roof Of The Sports Hall Will Be Rebuilt Based On The Attached Construction Design; - In The Design-Build Procedure, Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Programs, The Required Designs Will Be Made And The Remaining Scope Of The Task Will Be Implemented. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In: Technical Documentation And Functional And Utility Programs. When Calculating The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Entire Scope Of Work Specified In The Design Documentation. Above Documentation Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Offer Cost Estimates Constituting Annex No. 6 Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3. The Place Of Performance Of The Works Is The Premises Of The High School, Where Classes Will Be Conducted During The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Establish A Work Schedule With The School Management So That The Work Performed Allows The School To Function.
