Subject Matter Of The Order: 1) The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Primary School Building As Part Of The Task Titled: Replacement Of The Roof Covering Over The Kitchen, Canteen And Common Room At The Primary School In Brody. The School Building Is Located In Brody At Ul. Jagielnicka, On The Property Marked In The Land Register With Number 362/1, Within The Registration Area 0001 Brody.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Construction Design Approved By Decision No. 750/2018 Of October 31, 2018. Starosta Of Zielona Góra, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities Prepared By Powersun Sp. Z O. O. Based In Lublin At Ul. Kowalska 9/2, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specifications Of The Contract Terms. 3) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Only Part Of The Works Included In The Design Documentation Should Be Performed, I.E. Renovation Of A Multi-Slope, Steep Roof Covered With Tiles (According To The Provisions Of The Architectural And Construction Design, Point 1.8.8. Replacement Of The Ceramic Tile Roofing), Strengthening And Replacing The Wooden Elements Of The Roof Truss And Their Fire And Antifungal Impregnation, Replacing The Roof Drainage Elements, Replacing The Lightning Protection System In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities. Works.4) Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That At The Edges Of The Roof Slopes, Instead Of The Designed Soffit Made Of Pvc Panels With A Wood Texture, A Thick Wainscoting Board Should Be Used And Priced. Min. 19Mm. 5) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. 6) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Own Materials, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Work Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery In Place Of Installation Of All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. 7) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions.
