The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Street And The Construction Of Small Architectural Structures Along With The Necessary Infrastructure As Part Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Revitalization Of Kochanowskiego Street Between M. Konopnicka Street And Wodna Street (Plots No. 1286, 1290, 1402, Precinct No. 1 - The City Of Słubice).2. The Project Envisages Connecting The Street By Designing A Pedestrian Route And A Separate Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Separated By Islands Of Greenery. Relaxation And Recreation Zones Are Planned Along The Pedestrian Route. Creating Spaces For Relaxation And Activation Of Residents. There Will Be, Among Others, A Mini Pamp Truck, A Playground With Playground Equipment, Several Smaller Wooden Platforms That Can Function As Urban Stages, A Fitness Zone, Benches, Urban Deckchairs And Shading Pergolas. To Improve The Microclimate And Increase Biodiversity, The Whole Will Be Complemented By Rain Gardens Rainwater Discharged.3. The Order Includes, Among Others: - Preparation And Protection Of The Construction Site; - Surveying Works; - Protection Of Trees For The Period Of Work; - Cleaning Of The Work Area; - Earthworks Related To Fertilization And Leveling Of The Area; - Construction Of Surfaces; - Construction Of Concrete Walls; - Installation Of Small Architectural Forms; - Construction Of Underground Rainwater Tanks; - Dismantling Of Existing Lighting Lanterns And Deactivation Of Cabling (Incl. Eneaosiedlenie);- Installation Of New Lanterns And Low Posts, Area Lighting And 0.4 Kv Lighting Lines;- Installation Of A Cabinet Powering Rainwater Tank Pumps;- Planting Landscaped Greenery;- Tidying Up The Area After Construction;- Providing A Guarantee For Completed Construction Works;- Performing Any Other Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Project.4. The Investment Does Not Require Connection To The Sanitary Sewage System Or The Use Of Other Sewage Management Solutions No Sanitary Sewage Tanks Are Planned. No Elements Requiring Water Supply Are Planned.5. Power Supply For The Rebuilt Lighting Will Be Provided From The Existing Enea Owiedzenie Lighting Circuit. The Rainwater Tank Pump Will Be Powered From The Designed Connection, According To The Technical Design Of Electrical Installations.6 A Fire Safety Instruction Is Not Required.8. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And The Specification Of The Order Conditions, Which Are An Annex To The Swz.9. The Investment Area Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan. The Reconstruction Of The Street And The Related Works Do Not Cause Any Changes In The Way The Area Is Developed, Therefore The Investor Has Applied For And Is In Possession Of The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose.10 A And Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments.
