1. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path, The Route Of Which Was Carried Out Along The Old Trace Of The Narrow-Gauge Railway Embankment/Excavation, With Reference To The Bicycle Path Built As Part Of The First Stage.2. The Length Of The Bicycle Path Will Be 6,177.14 M. The Surface Will Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete. Along The Bicycle Path, Paved Shoulders Made Of Crushed Aggregate With A Width Of 1.0 M3 Are Planned On Both Sides. At The Intersection Of A Bicycle Path With A Municipal Road, Bicycle Crossings Are Designed, Marked With Vertical And Horizontal Markings. In Order To Improve The Visibility Of Crossings, Additional Markings Will Be Made In The Form Of Red Painting.4. U-12A Barriers Are Planned To Be Constructed At Intersections With Roads, Exits And Culverts. The Total Length Of The Barriers Is 228 M.5. The Route Of The Planned Bicycle Path Will Be Routed Both In Excavations And In Embankments. In Order To Improve The Shape Of The Design Road Grade And The Existing Losses Of Earth Masses, It Is Planned To Complete The Embankments Or Perform Additional Excavations On The Designed Section.6. Green Belts Are Planned For Topsoil With A Layer Of Fertile Soil. 10 Cm Covered With Low Grass.7. Existing Culverts Will Be Renovated Along The Bicycle Path. The Culverts Should Be Made Of Pehd Pipes With Sn8 Stiffness. The Walls Of The Culvert Should Be Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements. Slopes And The Bottom Of The Inlet/Outlet Should Be Reinforced With Stone Riprap On A Concrete Base. It Is Planned To Build U-12 A Barriers Within The Culverts. The Bottom And Slopes Of The Ditch In The Area Of The Outlet And Inlet Of The Culvert Should Be Profiled And Cleaned At Least 100 M.8. The Works Include The Installation Of 2 Bicycle Shelters, 2 Park Benches, 2 Waste Bins, And 6 Bicycle Racks.9. Due To The Felling Of Trees, Replacement Plantings Are Planned As Part Of Ecological Compensation. A Deciduous Tree Species Was Designed, I.E. Mountain Ash (Latin: Sorbus Aucuparia L.)10. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Of 4 Years (48 Months) Warranty, This Is The Minimum Period, The Contractor May Grant A Longer Period - The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. 11. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Reporting The Commencement And Completion Of Works And Obtaining Various Consents And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment. 12. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Described In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To This Specification. Annex No. 2 Contains Full Design Documentation For Which The Ordering Party Obtained A Building Permit. The Design Documentation Also Constitutes A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 13. The Contractor Should Report All Errors Disclosed In The Technical Documentation (Drawings) And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In Writing To The Ordering Party Befo
