The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Bringing The Building To An Appropriate Technical Condition Allowing For Its Safe Use, Preserving The Buildings Structure And Protecting It Against Further Degradation And Destruction, I.E.: - Replacement Of The Roof Structural Layer With Light Sandwich Panels, Along With Strengthening The Upper Chord Of The Roof Girders And Construction Of A Lattice Girder Extension, Changing The Angle Of The Roof Slope Above 10%; - Strengthening The Foundation Wall With A Reinforced Concrete Band And Simultaneous Execution Of Drainage Allowing For Lowering Subcutaneous Waters; - Strengthening The Cracked External Walls Of The Gymnasium By Sewing Ancreasing With Steel Rods And Filling The Joints With Specialized Mortars.3. Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Roof Should Be Carried Out While Ensuring Adequate Staffing And Continuity Of Work To Prevent Flooding Of The Building In The Event Of Precipitation.
