The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Landing Pad For Rescue Helicopters At The Independent Public Health Care Center In Sulęcin In Order To Adapt To Applicable Regulations, In The Design And Build Formula.2. A Detailed Description Of The Investment Task Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including The Implementation Of The Material And Financial Schedule And Staging Of Works, 2) Stage Ii - Implementation Of The Investment Task.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Swz, Pfu And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz, With The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge Specified In The Construction Law.5. The Functional And Utility Program Is The Starting And Supporting Material For The Contractor To Prepare His Own Studies For The Scope Of Necessary Construction Works Included In The Order. The Parameters Presented In The Pfu Are Estimates. The Final Quantities Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.
