1. Name Of The Order: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Waleńczów In The Design And Build Formula2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To Improving The Energy Efficiency And Emission Of The Waleńczów Volunteer Fire Department Building In Waleńczów And Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Acceptances, If Required By Law. The Investment Includes Thermal Modernization Of The Building And Renovation. The Building Belongs To The Group Of Low-Rise Buildings, The Height Does Not Exceed 12.00 M. The Planned Thermal Modernization Does Not Require Obtaining A Permit Or Reporting Construction Works Due To The Thermal Insulation Of A Building Up To 12 M High. The Investment Area Is Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 324/4 And 324/3, Rev. 5 Waleńczów, Unit Register Of Opatów, At The Address: Waleńczów, Ul. Szkolna 1. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Applicable Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. 42/Xiv/2011 Of The Opatów Commune Council Of September 22, 2011. The Characteristic Parameters Of The Subject Of The Study In Its Existing State Are Described In Point. 3.2.2 Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Area And Volume Indicators, Including The Indicator Determining The Share Of Traffic Area In The Net Area, Are Detailed In Point 4.2 Of The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 3. General Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Waleńczów, Together With The Modernization Of Existing Installations, Technical Infrastructure And Land Development To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility After The Completion Of Thermal Modernization. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements, Including A Building Permit And/Or Notification Of Construction Works, As Well As Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/Application For Use, If Required By Law, As Well As Carrying Out Authors Supervision And Providing Management Of The Works In All Industries.2) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance By The Contractor Of: A) Basic Works - The Minimum Scope Of Works Which, After Completion, Can Be Accepted In Terms Of Quantity And Quality Requirements And Take Into Account The Adopted Degree Of Aggregation Of The Works, I.E. Execution On The Basis Of Approved Documentation Design Of Construction Works For The Planned Investment Project Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, In Order To Obtain Permission To Use The Facility In Accordance With The Provisions Of Construction Law / Submit An Application For Use, If Required By Law; B) Performing Authors Supervision
