Marking The Area And Place Of Works Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. During The Duration Of The Works, The Contractor Takes Responsibility For The Condition Of Markings And Security Of The Works Performed, As Well As Ensuring Road Traffic Safety. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Passability And Safety Of Public Road Traffic In Accordance With The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization. During The Works, It Is Not Allowed To Completely Close The Road To Vehicle Traffic.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform
