The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Sale And Delivery Of Food Products To The Branches Of Municipal Nurseries In Gliwice: - Branch At Ul. Berbeckiego 10, - Branch At Ul. Mewy 34, - Branch At Ul. Żeromskiego 26A, - Branch At Ul. Kozielska 71, - Branch At Ul. Zbożowa 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Price Form Along With Quality Requirements For Food Products (Quality Requirements For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order). In Poland, With Current Expiration Dates And Products Meeting The Quality Requirements Indicated In Annex 4. Packaging Of Food Products Supplied By The Contractor Must Be Marked With Information On Nutritional Value And Allergenic Ingredients And With A Visible Expiration Date. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Food Products To The Above-Mentioned Branches With Their Own Transport At Their Own Expense And Risk, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Other Currently Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order. The Delivery Cost Must Be Included In The Unit Prices Of The Products Offered.
