The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Minimum Power Of 70 Hp And A Maximum Power Of 80 Hp, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Along With Additional Equipment, I.E. Front Turret With Reinforcing Beams, Front Loader With An Additional Section And A Bucket. The Vehicle Must Be New, Never Used, Free From Manufacturing Defects, Meet The Current Exhaust Emission Standards And Meet The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law. The Vehicle Delivered Must Be Ready For Registration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Following Address: Municipal Office In Książ Wlkp. Ul. Stacha Wichury 11A 63-130 Książ Wlkp. Along With All The Necessary Documents Needed For Registration. The Agricultural Tractor Must Be Fully Operational And Ready For Immediate Use. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Vehicle And Accessories At The Above-Mentioned Address. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.
