The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation, Configuration And Maintenance Of Cybersecurity Devices And Software For The Włocławek City Hall, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Called Delivery, Implementation, Configuration And Maintenance Of Cybersecurity Devices And Software For The Włocławek City Hall With Funds From The Cybersecure Local Government Project, As Part Of The Cybersecure City Of Włocławek Project Co-Financed By The European Union As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Competition, Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services. Action 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Server Equipment And Software For Making Backup Copies To The Indicated Location Of The Ordering Party And To Perform The Necessary Services Of Implementation, Installation And Configuration Of Devices And Software In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contractors Offer, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opow, Including: 1) Server For Making Backup Copies - 1 Pc. 2) Tape Library For Data Backup Copies - 1 Piece 3) Software For Making Backup Copies Spares - 1 Pc.4) Managed Network Switch - 1 Pc. Note: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contractors Offer, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install The Delivered Devices And Software In The It Network Of The Włocławek City Hall With Its Registered Office In Włocławek (87-800 Włocławek) At Zielony Rynek 11/13 And At Ul. Okrzei 65 (Communication Department In Part Of The Railway Station Building), In Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Install The Delivered Devices Into The Ict Network On Its Own At The Contractors Risk. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration That It Consents To The Ordering Partys Own Installation Of The Devices And To Deliver The Devices To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivery Of The Devices Will Be Confirmed By An Acceptance Protocol Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Draft Contractual Provisions, Which Documents The Status Of Delivery, Serial Numbers Of The Devices And Any Identified Non-Compliance With The Contract. All Components, Accessories And Technical Documentation Must Be In Accordance With The Contract.
