1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Design Service, Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment, The So-Called The Zrid Decision Along With All The Necessary Documents, Arrangements, And Activities Necessary To Complete This Documentation And Prepare The Task For The Commencement Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Expansion Of National Road No. 48 (On The Section From Km 101+118 To Km 102+305 On The Right Side) With A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles In The Town Of Sielce, Located On The Plot With Registration Number 222, Kolonia Geodetic District Sielce, Registration Number 53 (Sielce District), Stromiec Commune, Constituting A Road Strip Of National Road No. 48 (Hereinafter Referred To As Dk 48), Owned By The State Treasury, Under The Permanent Management Of The General Director Of National Roads And Motorways.2. The Pedestrian Path Should Include, Among Others: The Following Technical Parameters, I.E.: A) Be Located On The Right Side Of National Road No. 48; B) Minimum Width - 3.00 M (Or Resulting From The Terrain And Technical Conditions); C) Bituminous Surface; D) Parameters Of Exits (Widths, Slopes, Surface And Geometric Connections With The Road) Adapted To The Conditions In The Field And Compliance With Technical Conditions; E) Location At The Edge Of The Road; F) Maintain The Continuity Of The Designed Road On Existing Bridge Structures Or Culverts For Pedestrians And Bicycles Using Road Safety Signs And Devices; G) At Bus Bays, A Pedestrian Path And Ditches Should Be Designed Behind The Platform.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop A Construction Design With Elements Of The Detailed Design Of The Investment (Including Road Surface Drainage), Which Will Be Prepared On Current Maps For Design Purposes And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; B) Develop And Agree With The Operators Of The Relevant Networks Technical Documentation Enabling The Relocation Or Protection Of Devices Or Facilities In The Event Of Any Collisions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment; C) Obtain The Required Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Or Other Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment; D) Perform Based On The Construction Design, The Plot Division Project Together With A List Of Land Changes To Complete The Division Procedure (A Necessary Set To Obtain The Zrid Decision); E) Submitting To Gddkia For Approval Of The Design Documentation Referred To In Point. A) And The Permanent Traffic Organization Design For Approval; F) Obtaining Proprietary Copyrights To The Design Documentation Covering The Subject Of The Contract In All Fields Of Operation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task; G) Providing The Ordering Party With A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol With Complete Design Documentation Covering The Sub
