The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Of Property (Buildings And Land) Of The District Labor Office In Wrocław Using A Closed-Circuit Television System In The Above-Mentioned Facility. Objects.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Following Code And Name Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 79710000 - 4 Security Services.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz).4. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Specified In Swz.5. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Security Activities Directly At The Ordering Partys Facilities, During The Entire Period Of Execution Of This Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Proof Of Conclusion Of An Insurance Contract For The Amount Of Min. Pln 2,000,000.00 From Civil Liability In The Scope Of Business Activity, Conditions Of The Insurers Liability And Proof Of Payment Of The Premium No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract. Failure To Comply With The Above Will Be Treated By The Ordering Party As An Inability To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. 7.
