Expression of Interest for Monitoring & Evaluation Consultancy Services for the Mano River Union Development and Transport Facilitation Program Phase IV Paving of John Davis Town to Zwedru City (48.5 km) MANO RIVER UNION DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORT FACILITATION PROGRAM PHASE IV: PAVING OF JOHN DAVIS TOWN ZWEDRU CITY (48.5KM) Mano River Union Development and Transport Facilitation Program Phase Iv: Paving of John Davis Town Zwedru City The Government of the Republic of Liberia has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) towards the cost of paving the John Davis Town Zwedru City (48.5km) under the Mano River Union Road Development and Transport Facilitation Programme (MRU/RDTFP) Phase IV. It intends to use part of the proceeds of the MRU IV funding for payment of the contract for Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy Services for the construction of an asphaltic concrete road from John Davis Town to Zwedru City (48.5 km). The service will involve assisting the MPW in carrying out the impact evaluation study for the Project in its entirety. The Consultant will conduct a baseline survey for the MRU/RDTFP Phase IV: Paving of John Davis Town to Zwedru City (48.5km). However, the Result-Based Logical Frameworks for the MRU/RD/TFP IV must be fully considered when evaluating the impact of the Project. The data collected from this study could be used for future projects. The consultant will carry out additional assessment of the status of the existing LogAlto software - Monitoring and Evaluation and Management Information Systems setup under the MRU I to determine their suitability for the MPWs diverse functions following interventions under the Mano River Union Road Development & Transport Facilitation Programme Phase IV, or develop Monitoring and Evaluation software for Phase IV if the existing LogAlto software is ineffective. The existing M&E System (LogAlto) is expected to facilitate the continuation of periodic monitoring and evaluation of activities that would be implemented under the Ministry of Public Works projects and in Phase IV of the MRU Projec Tender Link : https://www.emansion.gov.lr/opportunities/opportunities/procurement-notices
