The Project Primarily Includes Roof Replacement, Attic Insulation Upgrades, And Limited Hvac Repairs, As Outlined In The Project Specifications And Drawings. All Work Must Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Codes And Standards, And A 10‑Year Rcabc Roofstar Guarantee Is Required For The Project.Exclusion Of United States Based Supplierssuppliers Based In The United States Are Excluded From Responding To This Itt. Bc Housing Reserves The Right, At Its Discretion, To Allow United States Based Suppliers To Respond, In The Event No Reasonable Alternatives Are Available.The Successful Bidder Must Cascade This Requirement To Subcontractors And Suppliers Engaged In The Performance Of The Resulting Contract.
