The Construction Site Is The Renovation Of The Water Supply In The Suninhaa Area. The Construction Site Is Located In The City Of Lohja, In The District Of Virkkala. The Areas Current Water Pipes And Sewers Were Mainly Built In The 1960S And 1970S. In Connection With The Renovation Of The Water Supply, The Structural Layers Of The Streets Will Be Renewed From Their Current Width And Their Height Will Be Kept As They Are Now. The Drainage Of The Streets Will Be Managed With The Constructed Pressures, The Stormwater Network And Partly With The Existing Ditches. The Construction Roads That Form The Extension Of Karhuntie, Omenakuja And Puutarhakuji Will Be Landscaped After The Work Is Completed And Traffic Will Be Blocked On Them. The Contract Includes The Construction Of The Water Supply Lines Presented In The Planning Documents With Their Associated Materials, Structures And Auxiliary Functions And Measurements In Accordance With The Construction Reports And Drawings. No Machine Control Model Is Available For The Item. Autocad Files Are Delivered To The Selected Contractor. The Area Is An Old Residential Area And The Available Work Space Is Limited. The Character Of The Current Area Is To Be Preserved. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account In Work Planning And E.G. In Choosing The Size Of The Machinery For The Destination. At Work, It Is Very Important To Cooperate With Real Estate In Connection With Temporary Traffic Arrangements. The Work Includes The Construction Of Temporary Access Connections (4 Pcs) At The Ends Of The Current Streets. In Practice, Only One Water Supply Trench At A Time Is Possible Due To The Nature Of The Area. There Is No Intention To Change The Width Of The Streets, Only The Floors Will Be Changed According To The Plan Image Along The Entire Width In Connection With The Work. When Building Water Supply Trenches, You Must Be Prepared To Use Excavators In The Tightest Places. The Contractor Acts In His Own Contract Area As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Legislation And Yse 1998 § 4 Subsection 2 And Is Responsible For Site Services. The Construction Period Is 13 July 2026 To 31 December 2026. The Construction Period Is Considered To Begin When The Main Contractor Has Received Permission To Start Work, And Ends When The Work Is Completed And The Final Inspection Has Been Completed And Approved.
