Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into One Framework Agreement That Covers The Clients Needs For The Delivery And Execution Of Work Related To Road Guardrails. The Framework Agreement Covers The Delivery, Replacement, Repair And Establishment Of New Road Guardrails. The Railings Must Be Made Of Steel. The Work Will Be Carried Out On County Roads In The Interior. Estimated Commencement Of The Framework Agreement Is 01.07.2026 The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of Two - 2 - Years From Commencement. The Client Has The Unilateral Right To Extend The Agreement By Up To 1 + 1 Year. If The Client Decides Not To Use The Extension Option, The Client Must Give Written Notice To The Supplier No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. Expected Annual Turnover In The Coming Years Is Nok 7,000,000-13,000,000 Excl. Vat. Against The Background Of The Above, The Maximum Withdrawal From The Framework Agreement Is Set At Nok 55 Million Excl. Vat For 4 Years In Total. If The Maximum Withdrawal Is Reached Before The End Of The Agreement Period, The Client Reserves The Right To Terminate The Agreement, Regardless Of The Duration Of The Agreement.
