Request For Proposals: Operations & Maintenance Services - Water System & Wastewater Systembritannia Beach . The Slrd Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Firms For Operations & Maintenance Services - Water System And Wastewater System For Britannia Beach.This Is For A 3 Year Term, Commencing On Or About June 15, 2026 And Concluding On Or About May 30, 2029. The Britannia Beach Water System Is Currently Classified As A Level 2 Water Treatment System. Pursuant To A Permit To Operate Issued By Vancouver Coastal Health, The Slrd Operates The Britannia Beach Water System, Which Is Comprised Of The Following Infrastructure (The “Water System”). • Six (6) Wells In Total (Currently 4 In Operation); • Two (2) Water Reservoirs; • Water Distribution System Which Includes One (1) Booster Station And Two (2) Pressure Reducing Valves; And • Water Treatment Facility (Ultra-Violet Disinfection, Corrosion Inhibitor, Caustic Soda And Sodium Hypochlorite [Chlorine]). A Site Meeting Will Be Held On Wednesday May 20, 2026 At 1:00 P.M. Until 2:15 P.M. (This Is Not A Mandatory Meeting. However, Confirmation Of Attendance Is Required By Email By No Later Than May 13, 2026 At 4:30 P.M.).
