Swimming Pool Maintenance . The Calgary Board Of Education (Cbe) Requires The Services Of A Qualified Vendor(S) To Provide Swimming Pool Maintenance Services At Two (2) School Sites. All Services Must Be Performed In Compliance With The Alberta Health Pool Standards (January 2018). The Successful Contractor Shall Supply All Required Equipment, Materials, Chemicals, Labour, And Supervision Necessary To Deliver The Services Outlined In Schedule “A” – Scope Of Work Contained In The Rfp Package. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following: -Daily Service Requirements On Weekdays During The School Year -Weekly Service Requirements -Draining Each Pool At The End Of June And Refilling Each Pool At The End Of August -Maintenance Of Required Log Books The Calgary Board Of Education (Cbe) Will Be Holding A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting. Respondents Are Requested To Meet At Christine Meikle School, Located At 3525 50 Street Nw, Calgary, Ab, At The Main Office On Thursday, May 14, 2026, At 10:00 A.M. Mdt. The Meeting(S) Will Begin Promptly At The Scheduled Time. Late Arrivals May Not Be Permitted To Join Once The Pre Proposal Meeting Has Commenced. Attendees Are Required To Arrive At Least 15 Minutes Early To Sign The Mandatory Meeting Sign In Sheet.
