1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment (Workstations, Monitors And Accessories), Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.1.2. The Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification.1.3. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New.1.4. The Offered Workstations, Indicated In Items 1, 2, 5, 6 Of Annex 1 To The Specification, Should Have A Ce.1.5 Declaration Of Conformity. The Offered Workstations And Monitors, Indicated In Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Of Annex 1 To The Specification, Should Come From The Polish Distribution Channel.1.6. All Offered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Originally Packed By The Distributor, Showing No Signs Of External Interference.1.7. On The Workstations Indicated In Items 1, 2, 5, 6 Of Annex 1 To The Specification, The Operating System With The Microsoft Windows 11 Professional 64 Bit Pl.1.8 Recovery Partition Should Be Preinstalled By The Manufacturer. The Workstations Indicated In Items 1, 2, 5, 6 Of Annex 1 To The Agreement Should Be Accompanied By Office 2024 Home&Business Software For Home Users And Small Businesses, Perpetual License.1.9. Table With Passmark Results As At The Date Of Determining The Value Of The Passmark Order_26_01_2026 Is Attached As Annex 3 To The Contract.2. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order.2.1. The Ordering Party Requires A Brand New Operating System (Never Used Before), In A Version With A Certificate Of Authenticity For Each License, If The Manufacturer Provides It. No Media Required.2.2. The Ordering Party Requires That All Software Comes From A Legal Source. Selling And Distributing Illegal Software Is Not Consistent With Polish Law.2.3. The Ordering Party Will Exercise Its Right To Verify The Delivered Equipment At The Delivery Stage In Terms Of The Legality Of The Software. 2.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Eula Requirements. The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In Paragraph 11 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 7 To The Specification.2.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Provided System Licenses Have The Option Of The Maximum Number Of Activations Via The Internet And Telephone Connection, As Provided By The Software Manufacturer.2.6. At The Delivery Stage, The Ordering Party Will Not Demand The Presentation Of Documents Regarding The Purchase Of This Software In The Authorized Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer. When Delivering The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Attach A Declaration From The Manufacturer That The Workstations, Laptops And Monitors Supplied By The Contractor Come From The Polish Distribution Channel.2.7. In Case Of Doubt, The Ordering Party Will Ask The Manufacturer Or Distributor Of The Software To Check Its Legality.3. Delivery Terms.3.1. The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Once With
