The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of District Road No. 2023 S Between Zawady - Mokra - Kłobuck On The Section From The Intersection Of Jana Długosza And Wojska Polskiego Streets In Kłobuck To Dw 491 - Stage 1 From Dw 491 To Mokra. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. Estimated Scope Of Works: Length Of The Road 4,381 Km, Length Of The Pedestrian Road (Sidewalks) Including Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths Counted On Both Sides Of The Road 4,474 Km, Length Of The Roadsides (Calculated On Both Sides Of The Road) 4,288 Km, Drainage Length 4,381 Km.4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Works Design Including: A) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes Of The Road On The Section To Be Reconstructed, B) Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Obtain Documents Necessary To Perform The Works Covered By The Task. 2) Construction Works Including: A) Setting Out The Route And Height Points, B) Preparatory Works, Milling, Demolition Of Existing Surfaces, C) Earthworks, D) Excavation For The Designed Drainage Systems, E) Construction Of Excavations And Embankments For The Designed Surfaces,F) Protection/Reconstruction Of Conflicting Infrastructure,G) Construction Of A Technological Channel,H) Construction Of Culverts, Inlets, Rainwater Drainage And Ditches,I) Development Of Culvert End Walls,J) Construction Of Curbs And Edges,K) Construction Of Substructure For Surfaces,L) Regulation Of Underground Facilities,M) Construction Of Designed Surfaces,N) Construction Of Vertical Markings,O) Finishing And Cleaning Works,P) Preparation Of An Inventory As-Built Inspection Report And Final Acceptance Of The Works.4.3.
