1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services With A Special Sck Type Vehicle, Regarding Cleaning Of Rainwater And Technological Sewage Systems, Troubleshooting, Periodic Cleaning Of Leachate Tanks, Including Sediments Contained In Them, For Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu – Sp. Z O. O. In Jarocin. The Contractor Is Obliged To Respond Immediately To A Failure, Within A Period Of No More Than 20/36 Hours From The Time Of Reporting By Telephone/Email. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Ordering Party Uses Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz. Each Time A Standard Is Indicated In This Swz Or The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. In All Places Of The Swz And Annexes To The Swz In Which An Example Of A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Used, Or If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Respectively, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
