Location Of The Task: Plot No. 2328/2 In Chmielnik. Foundation Of The Building Directly On Foundation Footings. The Building Is Equipped With Electrical Installation. The Task Will Also Include The Demolition Of Existing Garage Buildings, Drainage And Storm Sewage, Landscaping And New Hardening. Characteristic Parameters Of The Building: - Area Building Area 526.58 M2, - Area Usable Area 507.41 M2, - Volume 2446.50 M3. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Materials, Devices And Services Necessary To Perform The Order And Transfer The Facilities For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose - Both Resulting Directly From The Design Documentation, Including Bills Of Quantities And Stwiorb, As Well As Those Not Included Therein, E.G.: Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Development Of The Construction Site, Including: Construction Facilities, Securing The Construction Site In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety, As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Surveying Inventory. For The Purposes Of Interpreting The Scope Of Works, Priority Will Be Given To Documents In The Following Order: 1) Construction Design, 2) Structural Design, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Specification Of The Terms Of Order, 5) Bills Of Quantities, 6) Contractors Offer.
