The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Desktop Computers With Components.2. The Offered Equipment Is To Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Work. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty And Provide Service: A) The Warranty Will Be Granted For The Period Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To Swz), B) The Contractor Will Provide Service Within The Amount Offered For The Duration Of The Warranty. Notification By The Ordering Party, D) If It Is Necessary To Perform Repairs Outside The Place Of Use Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Ensure, At Its Own Expense, The Collection Of The Equipment For Repair And Its Delivery After The Repair, As Well As The Delivery Of Replacement Equipment For The Duration Of The Repair With Parameters Not Worse Than The Equipment Offered In Its Offer.
