Arrangements Of Network Administrators), C) Preparation Of A Construction Design In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, D) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, E) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, For Each Industry Separately, F) Preparation Of Information Regarding Health And Safety, G) Participation In Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party, During Which The Contractor Will Present The Proposed Design Solutions.2. The Scope Of Basic Works (Characteristic Data) Specified In The Fup Includes: - Construction Of A Road With A Bituminous Surface, - Construction Of Access Roads To The Property With A Concrete Block Surface, - Construction Of Exits With A Concrete Block Surface, - Construction Of A Storm Sewage System And Street Inlets, - Construction Of A Road Lighting Network, - If Necessary, Demolitions Should Be Designed And Implemented, As Well As Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Technical Infrastructure Based On The Conditions Obtained From Individual Network Administrators, - Installation Of Road Markings Along With The Design Of The Target Traffic Organization And Its Implementation. The Scope Of Investment At The Stage Of Developing Detailed Designs May Change In The Event Of Adapting The Facility Covered By The Scope To Applicable Regulations And Standards, Which Will Not Constitute The Basis For Increasing The Contractors Lump-Sum Remuneration. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program. Note: The Above-Mentioned The Quantities Cannot Be Less Than Those Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.3.
