1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Operation (Operation) And Maintenance Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant On The Premises Of Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu - Sp. Z O. O. In Jarocin. The Contractors Obligation Will Be The Proper Service And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order, Consisting Of: A) Protocol Taking Over The Subject Of The Order And Related Documentation From The Ordering Party. B) Ensuring The Operation And Maintenance Of The Technological Lines Of The Facilities Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. C) Supervision Of The Technology And Achieving The Required Effect Of Pre-Treatment Of Sewage, Compliance With The Conditions Of The Granted Water Permit For Discharging Pre-Treated Sewage Into The Sewage Network. D) Operating The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant And Sewage Equipment (Servicing The Equipment, Controlling The Use Of Infrastructure). E) Cleaning Settling Tanks At Three Separators Of Petroleum Substances. F) Providing (At Your Own Expense) Consumables Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant. G) Managing Excessive Sewage Sludge, Waste From Screen Sand Traps, Sludge From Settling Tanks At Three Separators Of Petroleum Substances (At Your Own Expense). Cost), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard. H) Maintenance And Use Of All Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant Equipment. I) Presenting Weekly Maintenance Plans For Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant Equipment. J) Preparing Weekly Reports On The Operation Of The Pre-Treatment Plant. K) Conducting Tests On Raw And Pre-Treated Sewage. L) Keeping Records And Controlling The Amount Of Industrial Sewage Discharged. M) Regularly Carrying Out Cleaning Works Within The Pre-Treatment Plant. N) Removing Failures In The Pre-Treatment Plant. O) Eliminating The Causes And Effects Of Deviations In The Parameters Of Pre-Treated Sewage Discharged From The Pre-Treatment Plant From The Applicable Standards. P) Providing Qualified Personnel To Operate The Pre-Treatment Plant, Including: Technologists And Specialists From The Instrumentation And Control Industry.Q) Informing The Ordering Party About Each Entry Of Designated Personnel From The Contractor Into The Ordering Partys Premises.2.
