The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Forest Road - Fire Protection Access Road. No. 34 In The Żmijowiec Forest, Stage Iii. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution By The Contractor For The Ordering Party Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Section With A Length Of 2,010 Meters. A Forest Road With A Road Width Of 350 Cm, Paved With Aggregate From The Crushing Of Solid Rock With A Grain Size Of 0/63 Mm - 18 Cm Thick For The Basic Subgrade And With Mechanically Stabilized Gravel With A Grain Size Of 0/31.5 Mm - 9 Cm Thick For The Wearing Course, Along With Roadsides, Ditches, Passing Areas, Intersections, And Exits. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Graveling (Grinding) Of The Wearing Course Should Also Be Carried Out With A Layer Of Approximately 5 To 10 Mm Thick (With A Single Material Consumption Of Approximately 5-10 M3/1000 M2 Of The Road Surface). Crushed Aggregate Obtained From Crushing Solid Rock With A Grain Size Of 0 - 4 Mm Should Be Used. Construction Works To Be Performed Under The Subject Of The Order Include, Among Others: Surveying Works, Grubbing Up Tree Trunks After Felling (Felling, Wood Production And Removal From The Construction Site Will Be Performed By The Ordering Party). All Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Execution Of Construction Works It Will Not Be Possible To Use: 1) The Road Located In The Międzychód Forest District, Plots No. 78, Registration Unit Skwierzyna Rev. Register: Wiejce, No. 224, Drezdenko Commune, Rev. Lubiatów Records;2) A Section Of The Road Located In The Międzychód Forest District On Plots No.: 369/2, 370/2; 430/7 Piłka Registration District, No. 95, 118, 119 Międzychód Registration District Forest District, Międzychód Commune, Międzychód Poviat, Greater Poland Voivodeship;3) A Section Of The Road Located In The Międzychód Forest District On Plots No.: 2305, 2365, 2366, 2367, 2368, 2369/1, 2370/1, 2371/1 Wiejce Registration District, Skwierzyna Commune, Międzyrzecz Poviat, Lubusz Voivodeship. These Sections Were Built And Accepted In The Years 2022 - 2025 And Are Subject To The Warranty Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Restore The Original Condition Of The Roads Used During The Investment Implementation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Consisting Of: 1) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Design - Annex No. 1B To The Swz;3) Międzyrzecz Construction Project - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; 4) Road Construction Site Plan - Stage Iii - Annex No. 1D To The Swz;5) Bill Of Quantities, Stage Iii - Annex No. 1E To The Swz;6) Międzyrzecz Decision - Construction Permit - Annex No. 1F To The Swz;7) Międzyrzecz Certificate Of The Final Decision
