1. Subject Of The Order 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) With Support Services For Two Big-Ip R5600 Devices With Serial Numbers F5-Foyl-Qzti And F5-Lbcs-Chnce Launched In The Ha Cluster And Support For 4 F5 Lab Units During The Periods Indicated In § 2 Section 1 Point 1) Letter A) And B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Terms Of Reference Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).1.2. As Part Of The Support Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With 200 Hours Of Technical Consultations Regarding Problems Related To It Hardware Or Software. Consultations Will Include Analyses, Audits, Recommendations And Ongoing Administrative Work And All Types Of Reconfiguration And Optimization Work Of The It Equipment Or Software, As Well As Assistance In Technical Work Carried Out By The Ordering Party At The Locations. Consultations Will Be Provided In Polish, Electronically Via E-Mail Or Messenger Indicated By The Ordering Party (E.G. Ms Teams) Or By Telephone Or At The Ordering Partys Office. The Contractors Travel Time Will Not Be Included In The Use Of The Available Hours. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Use Of At Least 50 Hours Of Technical Consultations Referred To In The First Sentence During The Term Of The Contract.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Agreement Together With Its Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
