The Order Covers The First Stage Of A Road With A Length Of Approx. 230 M - A Drawing With The Scope Is Attached As Annex No. 12 To The Swz3) At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Present To The Ordering Party A Cost Estimate Prepared Using The Detailed Calculation Method, Consistent With The Unit Prices And Price Factors Given In The Offer.4) When Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Permanent Access To All Properties Adjacent To The Road.4.3 Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Used In The Description Of The Item Ordering Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
