The Subject Of The Order Entitled: Renovation Of The Rainwater Pumping Station At Św. Barbara Street In Czechowice-Dziedzice Is The Renovation Of The Rainwater Pumping Station From The Młynówka Komorowicko-Czechowicka Relief Canal To The Vistula River Using The Existing Infrastructure, I.E.: A Retention Reservoir, Two Pumping Station Chambers And Outlets Of Pe Pressure Pipelines Dz 800Mm. The Scope Of Work Includes The Renovation Of The Pumping Station Consisting Of The Replacement Of Sewage Pumps And Accompanying Fittings. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Preparatory, Dismantling And Reconstruction Works, B) Assembly Works In The Field Of Grates, Penstocks, A Dn350 Stainless Steel Pressed Pipeline, A Dn300/Dn350 Diffuser, C) Reconstruction Of A Pe800 Pressed Pipeline, D) Installation Of An Elbow Coupling, E) Installation Of Well Elements, F) Installation Of Guide Pipes, Handrails, G) Installation Of Pumps And Pump Room Fittings, H) Installation Of Devices And Electrical Installations, I) Performance Of Necessary Tests, Tests And Commissioning. The Four Sewage Pumps With A Capacity Of 450 L/S Each Will Be Built Two In The Existing Pump Chambers Located In The Retention Tank. The Existing Pump Chambers Are Made Of Concrete Elements With A Circular Cross-Section And An Internal Diameter Of 3.0 M, The Chamber Wall Thickness Is 0.15 M. The Height Of The Chambers From The Bottom To The Bottom Of The Cover Plate Is 3.80 M. The Chambers Are Currently Covered With Concrete Covers With A Diameter Of 3.30 M And A Thickness Of 0.30 M. For Proper Installation Of The Pumps, It Is Necessary To Make New Concrete Covers. The Chambers Are Connected To The Retention Tank Through Concrete Inlet Channels With Dimensions: Width 2.0 M, Height 1.0 M. The Inlet Channels Are Built At A Height Of 2.0 M Above The Bottom Of The Pump Chambers. Due To The Limited Amount Of Space In The Pump Chambers, Some Of The Inlet Channels Entering The Chamber Lumen Should Be Removed And Their Length Adjusted To The Curvature Of The Chambers. Due To The Solid Construction Of The Chambers And Their Good Technical Condition, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For Any Greater Interference In The Construction Of The Chambers Than Described Above And In The Project For The Renovation Of The Rainwater Pumping Station (Annex To The Swz). Due To The Above, All Examples Of Materials And Equipment Presented By The Ordering Party In The Design, Cost Estimate And Tender Documentation - Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order - Are Of Informative And Illustrative Nature In Order To Indicate To The Contractor The Required Minimum Technical And Quality Parameters And Technologies That The Contractor Should Meet In Order To Avoid Reconstruction Of Existing Pump Chambers And Inlet Channels.
